Yes, we’re different. But we’re still professional to the core.
We know the kind of accountant you want: one who has decades of experience handling hundreds of individual and small business clients’ accounting and tax preparation needs, and yet still treats you as though you are his most important customer.
At Augenblick & Company, you are never just a number or even just a name. Everyone here, from our founder, Peter H. Augenblick, PA, EA, to our personable support staff, makes a practice of getting to know our clients so we can anticipate your needs, advise you accordingly, and respond promptly to your questions, concerns and deadlines.
If you appreciate professional service that is delivered with personal attention and a genuine interest in the individual behind the company name or tax ID, we believe you will want to check out Augenblick & Company.
Let us show you how we can ease some of your burden surrounding mysterious regulations, best financial practices and those pesky filing dates—all while helping you establish yourself, your financial life and your business in the most advantageous position possible.
We are passionate about working on your behalf, providing expert financial and tax guidance so you are free to focus on what you do best.
Peter Augenblick, PA, EA
After graduating from Johns Hopkins University, Peter came home to New Hope and founded Augenblick & Company in 1975. He is a licensed Public Accountant and an Enrolled Agent, licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. He has an impressive record of commitment to his community, including supporting local athletic teams and serving on his local school board and township board of supervisors. He believes sincerely that “our job is to help our clients plan for taxation, not react to it.” Peter is an avid sailor.
Brian Snyder, CPA
Brian, who has worked with Peter for over 20 years, heads up the firm’s technical tax and review section. Not one to give up easily, he is constantly thinking about finding solutions and developing strategies to save tax dollars. Because he realizes how complicated and often intimidating the tax code is, Brian encourages clients to ask questions and let him help them understand their tax issues. A Certified Public Accountant, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University.
Our highly trained and credentialed staff accountants—Rebecca Rabin, EA, Joanne Chaikin, EA, Adrienne Duessing and Phil Miele, CPA—serve our clients using a collaborative, free-thinking approach.
Patty Bragg, Aften Genovese, Connie Loughran and Renee Schwartz, in addition to being the first friendly faces our clients see, do an excellent job of handling all of the many administrative tasks that keep our firm running smoothly.
